  • ⦾ When are leftover orders expected to ship? ⦾
    Mid-April, on a bi-weekly basis.

  • ⦾ Where are you shipping from? ⦾
    Texas, USA

  • ⦾ Do you take international orders? ⦾
    Yes! Please note that due to the pandemic and other global events, your country may not be accepting international parcels, and/or will have a long delivery date.

  • ⦾ Will I get tracking? ⦾
    Yes! However, not everyone will get full tracking as some countries don't support it. Tracking emails are sent out once labels are purchased.

  • ⦾ How do I request a refund? Is there a deadline? ⦾
    - Contact us on any of our socials, and provide your name, order number, and if possible, date of purchase. Once we locate your order, we'll process your refund.

    - The deadline for refunds is 2 weeks after your purchse.

  • ⦾ I have a change of address- What do I do?
    The first thing is to always let us know ahead of time regarding this. Shipping Mod Zelina always emails customers prior to packing orders if there are any alterations needed to the shipping address.

Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible if your package gets damaged during transit. Shipping Mod Zelina will do the best in her ability to package all items securely. In addition, she will keep an eye on the progress of every shipment, and notify the customer if she notices anything off.

  • It is the responsibilty of the buyer to keep us updated with any change of address. However, should a parcel get lost in transit, the most we can guaretee to offer is a partial refund.
